Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. The item is returned within 40 days of delivery.
  2. The item is unworn, unmarked, and in its original condition, with tags attached.
  3. Shoe boxes and packaging must be returned unmarked and in original condition.
  4. For hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.
    To secure availability, we recommend placing your new order as soon as possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty item or an item you did not order, we sincerely apologise. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund. Please Contact Us for assistance.
