In addition to your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, 88 Jeans offers a change of mind return policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason send your item back to us for a refund or exchange. We offer a no hassle return for any item under the following conditions:
1. item is returned within 40 days of delivery
2. item is unworn, unmarked and in the original condition with tags attached
3. shoe boxes/packaging must be returned in the original condition (unmarked)
4. for hygiene reasons undergarments cannot be returned
